In addition there are more types of insurance coverage where anyone can save substantial money if you ask for a variety of bids. Life insurance coverage is one of those categories. You will need to coordinate your life insurance with the spending habits of your family. It could be painful to imagine what things will be like when you pass on, but it is necessary. The current budget needs of your family will continue on after your death but your income will not continue. You will want to get the best rate for the level of life insurance coverage you will require based on your estimates. If you are willing to spend some time and get a selection of estimates on all varieties of insurance coverage you can expect significant savings and feel the satisfaction that you are totally insured at a good price.

Perhaps Lease Options or Rent to Own?

Obtaining a Rent To Own home is one of the many ways someone with terrible or no credit can purchase a property. You will often find the terms of sale called something like lease/options, lease with option to buy, lease purchase, lease 2 purchase, rent with option to buy, rent to own, or rent to buy homes. The most popular name is Rent To Own, because it is precisely that – a try before you buy agreement.

There are a a couple of differences between rent to own and lease option agreements, although some people exercise the terms interchangeably. With a rent to own (or rent to buy) property, the buyer enters into an understanding with the owner that part or the majority of the payments will go in favour of the down payment of the house, and at a certain date, perhaps in two to five years time, the renter will buy the house, applying the money that was set aside to go towards the deposit for the home.

There is usually not much money paid by the tenant/buyer at the start of the deal, outside of what would usually be needed for a rental home, so this is a good way to get into a home for little or no deposit. Another advantage to a rent to buy situation is that if you equate how much rent money is applied monthly to the home price, even if it is only 25-50%, you will be much better off then doing a normal rental, because in this case, the landlord receives 100% of the payments and you receive nothing.

If you look at how much money goes to the principal payment of a home with a typical mortgage loan, you will find that most of your mortgage payment in the beginning is just paying interest on the loan. A rent to own agreement, where the money goes directly to the payment of the home, could be saving you a lot of money in the long run.

With a lease-with-option-to-buy, a renter signs a lease agreement (often for a shorter period of time, like1-2 years, but it could be longer). The renter/buyer usually pays a sum in cash, usually non-refundable, to the owner in agreement to buy the house at a later date for the price agreed upon. The renter has the option or right to buy the home, so in the end they have a choice and can back out it they want. Some of the rent paid may or may not go towards the purchase price of the home.

This is a technique often used by real estate investors in periods when the interest rate is rising fast. This way they hope to buy the home at a lower interest rate on a later date. In the meantime, they will sublease the home to someone else, who will make the payments for them. Again, the terms “lease option” and “rent to buy” are pretty much used interchangeably today, so check with the owner to find out exactly what terms they are offering. Or approach an owner with your own offer for renting to own.

If you are a renter who is tired of paying somebody else’s mortgage and would prefer to actual pay off your own home, this is one of many ways that you can buy a home. If you change your mind down the track, you would face the drawback of loosing your rental credits that go towards your deposit. Rent to own can be a great way to clean up your credit rating and finally move on with your life.

Practical Life Extension

There’s an ancient proverb, full of both wit and reason, that really rings true: “Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die.”

So why is it that we appear to want to live forever?Well, if you can believe Dr. Sanjay Gupta, author of “Chasing Life” and CNN’s Senior Medical Correspondent, we don’t.

It turns out that our real quest isn’t eternal life on earth, according to Dr. Gupta, but instead, the ability to lead an exceptional life.

After interviewing some of the foremost authorities on anti-aging and life extension, Dr. Gupta discovered three “universals” — three different principles that each researcher deemed crucial to extending our lives naturally at the same time as empowering us to live exceptionally. These three principles are as follows:

  1. Weight training
  2. Good nutrition
  3. Having purpose and positive thinking

Jon Benson, author of “Fit Over 40″, explores each of these principles in great detail, as well as asking 52 men and women how they have managed to slow the hands of time down to a virtual crawl.

Benson does not waste time with hype and hypothesis. Instead, he focuses on real-world examples and applications that all of us can use to slow down the aging process and help prevent, and even reverse, the conditions that often lead to disease.

Find out more about Fit Over 40 today.

You too can live a longer and more exceptional life, simply by adopting a smart, realistic and enjoyable lifestyle fitness plan. And if science just happens to catch up with Father Time, you’ll already be many steps ahead of the curve.

Did you ever try to find a lost friend on the Internet?

authorBlogTomorrow | July 29, 2009

Have you ever tried to find a lost friend on the Internet? I have it is not as easy as you might think. I had a good friend in junior high and I have fond memories of hanging out having fun with him. We would hang out listen to music talk just have a great time.

The other day I was thinking about my long-lost friend and I decided to try to find them on the Internet. It seems everyone nowadays uses the Internet so I figured it shouldn’t be difficult to locate him. I pulled up Google typed his name and get pages on pages of results. I checked out page after page but didn’t find any mention of my friend just a lot of people with similar names.

I decided try to narrow my search a bit by including the town and state where we grew up. Unfortunately they were still too many pages to look through for it to be practical to find my lost friend. I decided Google just gave to many results so I would try using a less popular search engine like MSN.

I typed in my friends name and the city and state where we grew up and sure enough I did get a lot fewer results. Instead of hundreds of pages there are only eight. I started looking through those pages of results and I found a couple which I thought would surely lead me to find my lost friend. However, after an hour of searching I still came up empty.

Then I decided to try Yahoo. Since Yahoo search has been around longer than Google or MSN I thought I might have better luck there. Again I entered my friends name the city and state and this time I got about 30 pages of results. I started the arduous task of looking through each and every page and clicking on link after link. Now I was getting frustrated I spent all this time and still cannot find my lost friend.

I pretty much gave up on finding my friend until a couple months later when I discovered reunion.com. I decided to give the site a try and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to turn up results for my lost friend. The service was not free but considering the amount of time I have wasted trying to search in the regular search engines it was definitely worth the small price.

I was able to find a phone number for my friend and I gave them a call. He was very happy to hear from me. In fact, he had been searching for me also. We have a long phone conversation and it turns out that he lived close enough that we could meet for lunch. Although it was more difficult to locate my lost friend than I had imagined it was great to find him and I’m glad I put in the effort.

Cozumel Island – Mexico

authorBlogTomorrow | July 28, 2009

One of Mexico’s largest islands, Cozumel, lies 20 km (12 miles) from the mainland, and 60 km (36 mi) south of Cancun. It’s a flat, limestone island in the shape of a handgun, and sprinkled by tens of cenotes (water-filled sinkholes), many with their own marine life, which are an extra attraction for swimmers and snorkellers who come to explore the island’s amazing offshore reefs.

Jacques Cousteau first popularized Cozumel in 1960, when he identified Palancar at the island’s southern tip as one of the world’s best diving locations. He triggered an explosion of tourist development, only reined in with the establishment of the National Marine Park in 1996: but the reefs were badly damaged by the deepwater piers built for cruise ships to bring new tourists.

Attitudes changed quickly. Cozumel’s new islanders (the 40,000 Maya who welcomed Herman (’Stout’) Cortes in 1519 were reduced to 30 by 1510, and Cozumel became uninhabited) realised the value, not just of their spectacular marine wealth, but also of the island’s undeveloped centre.

You’ll never get a better chance to appreciate Mayan culture so close to good beaches. The biggest Mayan site, San Gervasio (named much later), was for centuries sacred to lx Chel, the goddess of fertility, and one of the Yucatan’s most important sanctuaries. There are several others, recovered from jungle and swampy mangrove lagoons now teeming with cormorants, pelicans, primary-coloured tree frogs, iguanas and crocodiles.

These days, the duty of collective care is replacing the brash mistakes of the 1970s. You can see 250 species in its clear waters, including the bright blue-and-yellow queen angelfish, the toad fish (unique to Cozumel), and enormous sponges like the barrel and elephant ear, which grows to 3.6 m (12 ft) across. Cozumel is fabulously pretty and exotic, and you should go there with someone you love and watch the sunsets.

Alcohol effects – How Does Alcohol Affect Your Health

Alcohol abuse affects us in many ways. After one or two drinks you may feel more comfortable and more talkative as the alcohol gets into the brain and affects your thinking.
Alcohol misuse causes your heart rate to increase and you may feel a warm glow. This is caused by alcohol making tiny blood vessels in the skin dilate, allowing blood to flow closer to the surface and lowers blood pressure.

The Effects of Alcohol

The effects of alcohol abuse include anxiety, slowed breathing and heartbeat, impaired judgment leading to accidents and injuries, loss of consciousness, suffocation through choking on your own vomit and potentially fatal alcohol poisoning.

Drinking alcohol increases your calorie intake. In a medium-sized (175ml) glass of wine there are 125 calories and in a bottle there are over 500 calories!

Hangovers

Aclohol abuse may cause you to get a hangover the next morning. You may experience stomach ache, sickness, nausea and sometimes diarrhea, Alcohol also has a dehydrating effect. Aclohol abuse can also make you feel depressed and guilty.

consuming more than the guideline levels regularly you are putting your health at risk. Consuming alcohol in large quantities increases blood pressure.

Aclohol consumption is often connected with mental health problems. A recent British survey found that people with depression or anxiety were twice as likely to be alcoholics.

Big quantities of drinking may occasionally lead to ‘psychosis’, a serious mental illness where the person beleives others are plotting against them. Heavy drinking could lead to isolation and sadness.

Just Got Back From Actually Purchasing A Classic Ford Mustang

authorBlogTomorrow | July 26, 2009

I really haven’t so much gotten to speak on this weblog nearly as often as I might like, on account of all the time I’ve been helping my Dad fuel his super nutball midlife crisis. Well, I suppose it isn’t as far gone as it could be. Basically how he showed up was he got all done up like he was Fonzie or something, and come over to my apartment and proclaim to me, in his jazziest tone of voice: “Hop in, son, you and I are gonna start shopping for some classic Ford Mustang Sales. You heard that right, buddy, I intend to buy one.”

And so the two of us went out to all of those crazy classic car showrooms that you’re pretty much certain are mob-run, and I see my crazy padre cut a check on the spot, for an extremely well-preserved classic Ford automobile. I mean, it really is an intense item. It sounded amazing too.

Notice that I said about that sound in a past tense. It sounded really nice until it stopped making any noises. My pops tells me that it’s a pretty simple fix and all he needs is the right part. Only thing is, it is not as straightforward to find 1968 Mustang parts as it was about 30 years ago, but Dad tells me there is a really good-sized availability for them regardless. Apparently the the best bet for finding parts for 1967 Mustangs is actually internet auctions, since you can find them rebuilt and often as good as new. Not necessarily available for a nominal fee, though… Think about it, they are half-century old automotive parts.

Not as bad as some midlife crises, I suppose. He might’ve bought a mail-order bride.

Is Solar Cell Charger Really That Eco-Friendly

authorBlogTomorrow | July 25, 2009

Nowadays, global warming is the greatest danger that we are facing. Over consumption of energy leads to reduction of natural resources used to provide us energy. We are so rely on electricity that we probably over used.

Global warming, they say, is already locked in and will not stop for approximately one thousand years. And this is going to cause some catastrophic issues, such as the loss of habitats for many creatures, flooding and of course the disease that breeds in such conditions, and many other problems.

we always doubt that what we can do to decrease the bad effects of energy consumption, and the answer is to find alternative energies and resources.

At the moment, the most reliable environmental friendly energy resources is the use of solar power It has existed since the late 1880s and has been perfected since the first true solar panels were created by Bell Laboratories in the early 1950s. Researchers, engineers and scientists are now moving further through experimentation with new methods of gathering energy from the sun. This will help to decrease the human dependents to energy resources that will only cause more damage to the nature.

It is very fortunate those alternative energy sources are now available to most of us. One of these is solar battery chargers. Many electronic gizmos that we are using do allow you to replace with a solar batter charger. Not only will they save energy and also they will save the consumer money on electricity bills. With solar battery chargers, we now have a medium of transferring the solar energy to electric energy we can use for our electronic gadgets.

Let’s look at your cell phone. Do you leave it plugged into a wall charger all night? Do you have other gadgets and gizmos that require a regular recharging in order to operate? Well, you could invest in a small, portable and weather resistant folding solar battery charger. They can easily power today’s most popular portable electronics like cameras, MP3 players and cell phones.

So help to reserve the nature by using a solar batter charger and reverse the effect of global warming.
